Today did a workout of 6x400. I was supposed to target 66, but ended up hitting 63 high for most of the intervals - I think my last one was 62.5. Total of 12 miles today.

Today did the 6x400 workout again - except this time I actually did 66's instead of 64's. The dfiference was that my legs weren't crazy sore afterwards. Total of 12 with an evening run of 3 miles.

First true long run in Texas. Did a total of 16 miles - all in one go. The workout was the same as usual - 6x400 with 400m recovery, targeting 66. Other than a slower first quarter and a faster finish, everything was one pace. Ran almost all the way to the end of the Walnut Creek Trail - discovered more hills :-).
