First, a mile in 8:44 with Jennifer (ran away from her on the last 100, did it in 23 seconds). Then a relaxed half mile in 4:22.

In the evening, ran to the church with Daddy. Raced the kids around the church, made the Elders Quorum President work. Raced Shay in a sprint and beat him. Played a chasing game with the kids. They got tired and were not moving very much towards the end.

Ran a mile in 8:37, then had to go to the bathroom. Afterwards, ran half mile in 3:55. We had a digital display radar to slow cars down on our street. Daddy challenged me to see how close I could get to the speed limit. I hit 10 mph. This kept me going the rest of the way, so that's why last half was fast.
