Ran about 16 miles today. The Provo river trail was closed up by Bridal Veil, so we had to guess the distance of our tempo run. Ran 4 miles down the canyon in 21:40, then finished at about 43:00, for around 8 miles. Felt very fuel-depleted during the cooldown home.

Ran 10 easy today. The Provo river trail was closed off up by Canyon Glen park due to a very high water-level in the river. Explored the Murdock Canal trail a bit, found that the markers I'd painted for my Eagle project seem to have all disappeared :(.
